Operations & Project Lead (Full-Time, On-Site)

Kodestra is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Project Lead to join their team at the Rawalpindi office. This role involves full ownership of project execution, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams, and maintaining high standards of delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple digital and technology projects while driving client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position located near 6th Road, Kateria Market, F-Block, Rawalpindi, offering a competitive salary along with performance-based project commissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery schedules for digital and technology projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Act as the primary liaison between international and local clients and internal execution teams to facilitate clear communication and project alignment.
- Optimize daily office workflows by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, while tracking critical project milestones.
- Uphold quality assurance standards to guarantee that all deliverables meet client expectations before final handover.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of practical experience in project coordination, managing tech agencies, or leading teams.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to lead projects under tight deadlines.
- Availability to work full-time on-site at the Rawalpindi office near 6th Road, F-Block.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Fixed base salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to PKR 60,000 per month.
