Operations Service Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Service Executive to join our team in Islamabad. This full-time role requires reliable commuting to our office located in E-11/2. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to managing daily operational tasks. Working hours are from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a competitive monthly salary ranging between PKR 30,000 and PKR 60,000, depending on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes.
- Address customer and internal operational queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations.
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, customer support, and other departments to optimize workflows.
- Monitor operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Provide administrative and operational support to management as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Customer Service, or related areas; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Must reside in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
