Key Responsibilities
- Prepare House Air Waybills (HAWB) and Master Air Waybills (MAWB) accurately in the system, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Coordinate efficiently with shippers, clearing agents, and airport staff to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure full compliance with system entry requirements and adhere strictly to freight forwarding unit regulations.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to internal system processes and operational standards.
- Generate precise invoices for relevant parties in line with established KPIs.
- Follow all applicable rules and regulations specific to the freight forwarding unit.
- Adhere to standard area operating processes as well as customer-specific SOPs to maintain service quality.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate degree with at least two years of experience in a similar role within freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills combined with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure while demonstrating teamwork and collaboration.
