CrecenTech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is offering a three-month Operations Support Internship aimed at fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in various business operations. This role provides exposure to multiple teams within the Operations Department, including Chat Support, Lead Generation, Online Research, Data Management, and Business Process Support. Interns will engage in day-to-day business activities such as client communication, operational coordination, documentation, and workflow management, working closely under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist various teams within the Operations Department according to business needs.
- Support the Chat Support team by handling customer inquiries and maintaining professional communication.
- Aid the Lead Generation team in prospect research, lead identification, data collection, and lead management.
- Conduct online research to gather, verify, and organize relevant business information.
- Support daily operational activities ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain spreadsheets, databases, task trackers, and internal records.
- Prepare daily progress updates, reports, and task summaries.
- Assist with client follow-ups, business documentation, and operational coordination.
- Support data entry, information verification, and document management.
- Help maintain business proposals, offers, workflow records, and other operational documents.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.
- Monitor assigned activities, identify discrepancies, and report potential issues to supervisors.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Management, or related fields preferred.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer literacy with familiarity in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
