Operations Team Lead

NSOL BPO is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Operations & Creative Team Lead to oversee its creative, technical, and business development teams. This full-time, onsite role is based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PKT). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring timely delivery of projects, monitoring team performance, and upholding high standards of quality, productivity, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise team members across Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Video Editing, GoHighLevel (GHL), and Business Development functions.
- Assign daily tasks, set priorities, and ensure projects are completed within established deadlines.
- Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and productivity targets.
- Manage projects, tasks, and workflows using ClickUp and other company-approved project management tools.
- Review creative outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and timely project execution.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks, resolve operational challenges, and enhance team efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, training sessions, and coaching to support team development.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, reporting procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Prepare progress reports and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant leadership or team management experience.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary creative, marketing, or operational teams.
- Strong understanding of graphic design, UI/UX, video production, and digital marketing workflows.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) and ClickUp or similar project management platforms.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and drive measurable team performance.
- High level of accountability and attention to detail.
