Operator

We are seeking a skilled Operator to efficiently operate and maintain PET Blowing Machines, ensuring strict adherence to established operational procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining machine performance at rated speeds while upholding quality standards. This role demands attention to detail, timely response to abnormalities, and collaboration with team members to support overall production goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform smooth and efficient blowing operations at rated speeds, consistently meeting quality standards.
- Maintain daily checklists, conduct online inspections, and update logbooks related to the blowing machine.
- Operate filler machines in cases where a block filler is present, following the responsibilities outlined for filler operators as well.
- Respond promptly to any operational abnormalities to minimize downtime.
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance procedures for the blowing machine and its accessories.
- Handle raw materials properly and maintain accurate records related to blowing operations.
- Ensure raw material wastage remains below defined targets.
- Follow instructions from qualified operators, line foremen, and senior staff.
- Perform quick changeovers on machines for different flavors or packaging as required.
- Conduct regular machine cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.
- Provide timely information regarding spare parts requirements.
- Support and facilitate other departments to help achieve their targets.
- Complete assignments as directed by senior personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and surrounding work areas.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (D.A.E) in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
- Relevant working experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role operating PET blowing machines or related equipment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree will be given preference.
