The purpose of this position as a Brand Manager tasked with the success of Optix brand. He or She will be responsible to overall plan, develop and direct brand processes and marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of products and services which includes Quad play services at the moment and we will keep adding more and more services in coming years. He or she must focus on developing a brand’s profit and loss performance, image and positioning compared to competitors.

He / She must have an excellent understanding of Technology, targeted audience & geographic market, strong creative, analytical and organization skills. He or she must also have a good handle on consumer, demographics and market insights, including the ability to analyze market data, and he or she may be tasked with conducting consumer research. The position requires close collaboration, building partnerships, relationship and also bridging every communication, marketing campaign and promotion with Optix current partners for 360-degree marketing, advertising and Internal departments i.e. Sales, Social media team and Online technical and field support teams

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall strategy, positioning and go-to-market plans of the products and promotional activities
  • Maintain and grow a digital-centric customer acquisition strategy that will account at least half of all sales acquisitions
  • In charge of digital customer acquisition and overall online sales 
  • Create new market segments to increase customer lifetime value
  • Formed strategic partnerships with reputable brands for new products and joint-marketing campaigns
  • Optimized digital campaigns and CRM activities through big data analytics
  • Develop a new sales channel through affiliate model. 
  • Monitor market trends, research targeted/specific consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
  • Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and develop targeted consumer’s insights
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, selections and strategies
  • Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus through conventional, digital and influential marketing to get targeted population to “take action”
  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Coach the team and get the best from everyone
  • In-house media planning for offline and online channels, and delivered net positive ROI 
  • Responsible to manage all Internal and external communication 360 Degree Marketing platform i.e. Digital, Online and Conventional for Optix Marketing which includes Website, Online signup process, Referrals programs, Partner Program, Social media, events and activations
  • Monitor product performance / Delivery, quality of service and consumer reactions/feedback.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Qualification

- Master Degree in Marketing or related field

- Alongwith 3 to 4 years experience
