OQ Officer

GSK Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Microbiologist to join their team in Karachi, Sindh. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct microbiological testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform environmental monitoring and maintain laboratory equipment to guarantee accurate and reliable results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and regulatory affairs to support product development and manufacturing processes.
- Document and report findings in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company policies.
- Participate in investigations related to microbiological deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the validation and qualification of microbiological methods and processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Proven experience in a microbiology role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of microbiological testing techniques, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and microbiological assay methods.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
