Oracle APEX Developer

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a proficient Oracle APEX Developer to join its team within the manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will possess strong skills in Oracle APEX application development along with a solid understanding of manufacturing business processes. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications that support various operational and business functions. The developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Oracle APEX applications tailored to meet specific business and operational needs.
- Create and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers to enhance application functionality.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Integrate Oracle APEX applications with other enterprise systems and databases to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Optimize existing applications to improve performance, usability, and scalability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to APEX applications and underlying database systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Oracle APEX applications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing innovative solutions that enhance business processes.
- Support and train end-users on new applications or updated functionalities as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX application development.
- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL programming languages.
- Experience working with Oracle databases, including database design and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript relevant to APEX development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience in the manufacturing industry or a good understanding of manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with Oracle APEX applications.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies is an advantage.

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 150,000 to 250,000, commensurate with skills and experience. Additional benefits are provided in accordance with company policy and may include medical insurance, paid leave, and performance-based bonuses. This is a full-time role requiring in-person attendance at the company’s work location.
