Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops and discussions with process owners, aligning them with standard Oracle EBS R12 functionality.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions using standard features, configurations, or customizations, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows (RICEW).
- Configure and implement Oracle EBS modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Bill of Materials (BOM), and Work in Progress (WIP) based on approved designs.
- Develop comprehensive functional documentation including setup documents, functional design specifications, test scripts, and user training manuals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to clarify requirements for custom forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, and workflows during development phases.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, prepare test scenarios, and manage defect resolution through to final sign-off.
- Support data migration activities by defining conversion templates, validating loaded data, and reconciling account balances.
- Configure multi-organization structures, including ledgers, legal entities, operating units, inventory organizations, responsibilities, profile options, and approval hierarchies.
- Deliver end-user training sessions and provide support during go-live phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and service requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalating to Oracle Support when necessary.
- Assist with period-end close activities and analyze subledger accounting (SLA) and reconciliation challenges.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and enhanced system utilization.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Oracle EBS Consultant with hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS R12 modules such as GL, AP, AR, CM, PO, INV, OM, BOM, and WIP.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience in conducting gap analysis and implementing RICEW components.
- Ability to prepare detailed functional documentation and conduct end-user training.
- Proficient in managing UAT cycles and coordinating defect resolution.
- Knowledge of multi-org structures and configuration within Oracle EBS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Ability to support data migration and troubleshoot production issues efficiently.
