Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements by conducting workshops and discussions with process owners, aligning these needs with Oracle EBS R12 standard functionalities.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions using standard features, configurations, or customizations including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows (RICEW).
- Configure and implement Oracle modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Purchase Order (PO), Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Bill of Materials (BOM), and Work in Progress (WIP) as per the approved design.
- Develop comprehensive functional documentation, including setup documents, functional design specifications, test scripts, and user training manuals.
- Collaborate with the technical team on custom forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, and workflows, providing clarifications and ensuring alignment with business requirements during development.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test scenarios, and manage defect resolution through to final sign-off.
- Support data migration activities by defining conversion templates, validating imported data, and reconciling balances to ensure accuracy.
- Configure multi-organization structures, covering ledgers, legal entities, operating units, inventory organizations, responsibilities, profile options, and approval hierarchies.
- Deliver end-user training sessions and provide support during the go-live phase to ensure smooth adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and service requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalating to Oracle Support when necessary.
- Assist with period-end close activities, including analysis of subledger accounting (SLA) and reconciliation challenges.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and enhanced system utilization.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience working as an Oracle EBS Consultant with hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS R12 modules such as GL, AP, AR, CM, PO, INV, OM, BOM, and WIP.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience in conducting gap analysis and implementing RICEW components.
- Ability to prepare detailed functional documentation and training materials.
- Proficiency in coordinating with technical teams to ensure accurate development and deployment of customizations.
- Skilled in planning and managing UAT cycles and defect resolution processes.
- Knowledge of multi-org setups and configuration within Oracle EBS.
- Excellent communication skills for end-user training and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and work within defined SLAs.
