Oracle EBS Techno Functional professional

Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS techno-functional professional to take ownership of ERP operations, lead development initiatives, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS Financials, Supply Chain, and WIP modules, combined with hands-on experience in application development and process optimization. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects, guide development teams, and ensure smooth ERP operations while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementations by analyzing business process requirements and preparing detailed technical and functional specifications.
- Oversee daily operations and process tracking within Oracle EBS Financials, Supply Chain, and Work In Progress modules to ensure seamless performance.
- Develop and integrate APIs and interfaces with custom solutions, generate reports, and manage period-end reconciliations.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams working with Oracle APEX, Forms, Reports, Power BI, OBIEE, or similar tools.
- Manage multiple concurrent development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Design and re-engineer business processes using flowcharts, data flow diagrams (DFDs), entity-relationship (ER) diagrams, and prototypes.
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and documentation standards for design, development, and testing phases.
- Deliver robust, scalable, and bug-free application designs that meet business needs.
- Provide first and second line support for custom ERP applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
- Customize and develop Oracle Workflows and Alerts tailored to business requirements.
- Prepare training materials, conduct user training sessions, and gather feedback to enhance user adoption.
- Implement ERP modules and continuously monitor their performance to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience completing at least 4 to 5 full-cycle application development projects.
- Strong application development skills in Oracle APEX, Oracle Forms & Reports (10g/11g/12c), Oracle Database (19c+), SQL, PL/SQL, and Toad.
- Expertise in EBS forms personalization, customization, and Oracle Workflow development.
- Development experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle Document Framework (ODF), OBIEE, and Oracle BI Publisher.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Applications R12 technical architecture, particularly in Financials, Supply Chain, and Process Manufacturing modules, including customization of forms and reports using APIs and interfaces.
- Ability to document user and business process requirements effectively using tools such as MS Visio and ERwin.
