Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA or ACCA professional with substantial experience in Oracle Fusion Projects. This role requires hands-on involvement in delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM implementations, from requirement analysis to post-go-live support. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to configure solutions that align with organizational goals and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and actively participate in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into effective Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Facilitate solution design workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and map business processes to optimize system functionality.
- Configure various Oracle Fusion Projects modules, including project costing, billing, contracts, control, and management.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Procurement, HCM, and technical teams to ensure smooth system integrations.
- Prepare functional specifications, develop test scripts, and create training materials and user documentation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to business users during project deployment.
- Offer production support, resolve issues promptly, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation best practices and organizational standards.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project execution.

Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA professional is mandatory.
- 6 to 8 years of overall experience in Oracle ERP implementations and support.
- Completion of at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Projects/PPM implementations as a Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion PPM modules.
- Proven expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Experience with integration touchpoints between Oracle Fusion PPM and Finance modules is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in the telecom industry with Oracle Fusion PPM implementation and support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions and best practices.
