We are currently seeking a Project Lead for a product migration assignment. This is a remote role with no travel requirements. The Project Lead will serve as the primary liaison between external customers—primarily physicians and hospitals—and internal cross-functional teams to manage and execute product migration activities related to Revenue Cycle solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product implementation for existing clients, including onboarding new business or modifying current business processes.
- Initiate client outreach to kick off the product implementation and migration process.
- Present detailed project plans to clients, outlining product modules to be implemented as per the signed contract.
- Set clear client expectations and define the scope of product migration activities.
- Educate clients on best practices and guide them throughout the migration phase.
- Maintain all client communications, including conducting meetings and conference calls.
- Coordinate, communicate, and accurately report all migration-related activities under the supervision of the Program Manager.
- Facilitate training needs by scheduling client training sessions and reporting on completion.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, adhering to aggressive timelines.
- Ensure projects are completed within set deadlines while proactively mitigating risks that could cause delays.
- Develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, and client status reports.
- Track and manage client deliverables related to product migration.
- Gather client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to resolve any migration-related issues.
- Ensure a smooth hand-off to the client services group for ongoing support after migration completion.
- Anticipate and assess project issues, keeping the project on track and within scope.
- Develop resolutions in collaboration with the team and management to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.

Required Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in project management or product migration roles.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Project Contract Billing Cloud is mandatory.
