Oracle Security

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Security professional with a strong background in ERP Oracle Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Segregation of Duties (SoD), Risk Management Cloud (RMC), and role creation and customization tailored to client-specific requirements. This role focuses on designing and managing security roles to ensure compliance and secure data access within Oracle ERP systems. Candidates should have a dedicated Oracle Security implementation background rather than general functional configuration experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Oracle ERP Cloud security roles based on detailed client requirements, ensuring roles align with organizational policies and compliance standards.
- Edit existing roles when appropriate, with the secondary approach of creating roles from scratch if necessary.
- Manage role customization processes, including the creation of custom roles and adjustments to existing roles to meet evolving business needs.
- Conduct thorough Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis to identify and mitigate potential conflicts within role assignments.
- Perform security-sensitive access analysis to ensure that data access is appropriately controlled and monitored.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand security requirements and translate them into effective role designs and access controls.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud security features and best practices to continuously improve security posture.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience specifically in Oracle Security within ERP Oracle Cloud environments, with a focus on role creation, customization, and management.
- Strong expertise in Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Risk Management Cloud (RMC) concepts and their application in Oracle ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to create custom roles and manage data access controls effectively.
- Experience performing SoD analysis and security-sensitive access reviews to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Implementation experience in Oracle Security for ERP applications is essential; functional configuration experience alone is insufficient.
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud security architecture and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and functional teams to deliver secure and compliant solutions.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

- This role does not require experience with OTBI or BIP report creation, as reporting will be handled by the technical team.
- Candidates with a focused Oracle Security profile, rather than general functional configuration, will be preferred.
