We are seeking for multiple roles in Track Maintenance:

Deputy Manager Track Maintenance:

  • Assist the manager in team management;
  • Responsible for the investigation and analysis of various incidents, and formulate optimization or rectification measures;
  • Evaluate the working status of employees and propose adjustments;
  • Communicate with employees, grasp the state of team atmosphere, and formulate measures to ensure the stability of employees;
  • Supervise the implementation of SOP files.

Bridge and Tunnel Engineer:

  • Compile technical data and fault statistics of bridges, tunnels, stations and other building structures, and supervise fault repair;
  • According to equipment quality issues, put forward optimization suggestions for fault maintenance mode;
  • Formulate optimization or replacement measures for equipment defects or high-frequency failures;
  • Guide the processing of equipment failures;
  • Develop equipment maintenance plan;
  • Statistics of equipment maintenance, failure, and material data;
  • Analyze the structural monitoring data, and formulate treatment measures based on the extent of the abnormal data

Assistant Bridge and Tunnel Engineer:

  • Assist Bridge and Tunnel Engineer in; Compiling technical data and fault statistics of bridges, tunnels, stations and other building structures, and supervise fault repair;
  • According to equipment quality issues, put forward optimization suggestions for fault maintenance mode;
  • Formulate optimization or replacement measures for equipment defects or high-frequency failures;
  • Guide the processing of equipment failures;
  • Develop equipment maintenance plan;
  • Statistics of equipment maintenance, failure, and material data;
  • Analyze the structural monitoring data, and formulate treatment measures based on the extent of the abnormal data.

Track Assistant Engineer:

  • Assist track engineer in; Prepare SOP files for track and foundation, track flaw detection and failure handling, and supervise implementation;
  • Propose optimization suggestions for SOP files based on equipment quality issues;
  • Formulate optimization or replacement measures for equipment defects or high-frequency failures;
  • Guide the processing of equipment failures;
  • Develop equipment maintenance plan according to SOP file;
  • Statistics of equipment maintenance, failure, and material data;
  • Use ITMIS system;
  • Analyze orbit inspection and flaw detection data, and formulate treatment measures based on abnormal data and SOP files.

Track Inspection Team:

  • According to the SOP file, regularly clean, maintain and inspect the tracks, turnouts, subgrades, tunnels, etc., check and record the horizontal and vertical data of the rails, can find abnormal data and adjust;
  • Repair, polish, etc. of track, turnout, subgrade, tunnel and other equipment failures according to SOP, and replace rails according to expert guidance if necessary;
  • Record necessary information for the maintenance and repair process.
