As the CSR/TSR you will have to;
Call and greet clients and customers
Respond to internal and external enquiries via phone or email
Manage customer order entries and case details
Manage and update daily report
Provide customers relevant information about the product
Perform general administration tasks
The successful candidate will also have:
Excellent communication skills
A warm, approachable manner
Extensive experience using MS office software
Knowledge of using database management systems
