Orbitons is seeking an experienced Cold Caller to join our team onsite in Gulraiz 2, near Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. This part-time position requires a confident professional with strong English communication and proven closing skills. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in outbound calling and is comfortable working directly from our office location. This role focuses on reaching out to potential clients, engaging them effectively, and converting prospects into customers by clearly communicating the benefits of our products or services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to qualified leads, identifying customer needs, and skillfully closing sales opportunities. This position demands excellent interpersonal skills, persistence, and the ability to handle objections tactfully. Working onsite ensures close collaboration with the team and immediate access to resources, enabling the cold caller to perform optimally and contribute positively to the companys growth. As this role does not involve team management, the focus remains on individual contribution and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers following a given script or guideline.
- Identify potential client needs through effective questioning and listening.
- Present product or service offerings clearly and convincingly to prospects.
- Handle objections by applying negotiation and closing techniques to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in the company database.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns to optimize conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas regularly.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams about customer reactions and competitor activity.
- Ensure punctual onsite attendance and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Continuously improve calling scripts and techniques based on customer feedback and personal experience.
- Maintain professional and positive communication at all times to enhance the companys reputation.
