With strong communication management skills, the Site Supervisor maintains clear coordination among contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Attention to detail and a firm understanding of quality control and risk management principles are essential to perform inspections and resolve issues promptly, thereby upholding high safety and construction standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all activities on the construction site to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and enforce quality control measures.
- Ensure that construction work is performed according to approved inspection and testing procedures.
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and adherence to established project schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, and any incidents related to safety or quality control.
- Implement risk management strategies to anticipate and mitigate site hazards or delays.
- Verify that materials and workmanship meet quality requirements and contractual obligations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders to report status updates and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate the resolution of non-compliance issues and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on site practices and recommending enhancements to procedures or processes.
