Job Title: Order Booker - Pharma Distribution

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Order Booker to join our pharma distribution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing orders within the assigned territory, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with pharmacies, medical stores, clinics, and hospitals. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively coordinate deliveries, ensure timely payment recovery, and contribute to the overall success of our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily visits to medical stores, pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals within the designated area.
- Take accurate medicine orders and coordinate timely delivery with the logistics team.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Introduce new products and promotional schemes to retailers to boost sales.
- Ensure prompt payment recovery and collection from customers in the market.
- Maintain detailed records of orders, stock demands, and monitor expiry issues.
- Provide daily sales reports and market feedback to the Distribution Manager.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience as an Order Booker in a pharmaceutical company or distribution setup.
- Intermediate or Graduate level education.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a bike for field visits.
- Strong knowledge of the pharma market and medical stores in Multan and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Honest, punctual, hardworking, and target-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with billing systems and order booking applications or spreadsheets.

- Basic salary ranging from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month.
