Order Confirmation & Logistics Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Order Confirmation & Logistics Executive to join our client’s team in Karachi. This role involves managing customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely processing, and maintaining clear communication with customers and logistics partners. The ideal candidate will be proactive in handling inquiries related to returns and cancellations while supporting daily logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm customer orders accurately and ensure their timely processing.
- Professionally manage customer inquiries concerning returns and cancellations.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to track deliveries and resolve any delays.
- Conduct daily calls to confirm cancellation requests and follow up with customers across various cities.
- Process order cancellations promptly and within specified timelines.
- Maintain precise records of orders, cancellations, and deliveries using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with daily logistics activities and other operational tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate or bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle customers effectively.
- Capability to manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups efficiently.
- Prior experience in order management or logistics will be considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers is beneficial.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs50,000.
