The role involves full ownership of the order lifecycle for all Nysonian brand platforms within the Canadian market. This operational position requires a highly disciplined and detail-oriented professional to ensure flawless execution across order processing, returns management, shipping cost control, carrier claims, and coordination with third-party logistics providers and warehouses. As the regional operations expert, the individual will be responsible for driving accuracy, efficiency, and accountability at every stage, ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly, returns are handled promptly, and all shipping-related costs and documentation are meticulously tracked and reconciled.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire order lifecycle for Nysonian brands in the Canadian market, ensuring seamless processing from order placement to delivery.
- Oversee returns management, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer returns.
- Control and monitor shipping costs, working closely with carriers and logistics partners to optimize expenses.
- Handle carrier claims efficiently, ensuring any shipping issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations and inventory accuracy.
- Act as the regional operations expert, providing insights and recommendations to improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to shipping, returns, and cost reconciliation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to support overall business objectives and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in order lifecycle management, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably within e-commerce or retail sectors.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with shipping cost control, carrier claims processes, and coordination with 3PL providers.
