BLUE STAR MANUFACTURING is looking for a meticulous Order Processing Data Entry professional with e-commerce experience to join their team. This full-time, onsite role is located in Johar Town near the Expo Center, Lahore, and operates Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM, aligning with US business hours. The position focuses on managing orders accurately across major marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart, ensuring timely processing and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Process daily customer orders from various e-commerce platforms with precision.
- Enter and update order, customer, product, and inventory information in the system.
- Verify order details, payment status, and shipping addresses before processing orders.
- Track shipments and update order statuses along with tracking numbers.
- Handle cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacement orders promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate effectively with warehouse teams, suppliers, and customer support departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate professionally with customers and marketplace support teams via email and chat in English.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Consistently meet daily order-processing targets while maintaining a low error rate.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or currently in the final year of graduation.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce order processing and data entry.
- Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fast and accurate typing skills, with a minimum speed of 35–40 words per minute.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Shopify, eBay, or similar e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with order management or inventory software is a plus.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000.
