BLUE STAR MANUFACTURING is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Data Entry specialist with e-commerce experience to join their team. The role involves managing orders accurately and efficiently across major marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. This full-time, onsite position is based in Johar Town near the Expo Center in Lahore and operates during night shifts aligned with US hours, from Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely order processing while maintaining high accuracy and clear communication with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Process daily customer orders received from various e-commerce platforms.
- Enter and update order, customer, product, and inventory information with precision.
- Verify order details, including payment status and shipping addresses, prior to processing.
- Track shipments and update order statuses along with tracking numbers.
- Manage cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacement orders efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse staff, suppliers, and customer support teams to resolve issues.
- Communicate professionally with customers and marketplace support via email and chat in English.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Consistently meet daily order-processing targets while minimizing errors.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or currently in the final year of graduation.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce order processing and data entry.
- Practical experience using Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center platforms.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Typing speed of at least 35–40 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with additional e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or eBay is advantageous.
- Familiarity with order management or inventory software is a plus.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000.
