Ordernation seeks a confident and creative Female On-Camera Content Creator to become a prominent and engaging face of the brand. This role requires a dynamic individual who can present short-form video content naturally and expressively across various social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate is comfortable in front of the camera, adept at delivering clear spoken content in English, Urdu, or both, and committed to helping develop compelling content ideas and scripts that resonate with target audiences. This position demands a proactive content creator who collaborates closely with the marketing and editing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality content production. While direct team management is not required, the role involves coordinating multiple tasks, maintaining reliability, and contributing positive energy and creativity to the brands public channels. Basic video recording and editing skills are a plus and will support seamless content creation and production processes. The candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience in content creation or related fields.
Responsibilities

Present engaging short videos tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts with an authentic and natural presence.
Develop and contribute creative content ideas, captivating hooks, and well-structured scripts aligned with brand guidelines and audience preferences.
Film talking-head segments, product demonstrations, and promotional videos while maintaining clear and expressive communication on camera.
Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to align content initiatives with overall brand strategy and campaign goals.
Work in conjunction with video editors and post-production specialists to ensure timely delivery of polished and visually appealing content.
Maintain consistency of the brands voice and persona across all recorded video content and social media appearances.
Understand the nuances of short-form social media content trends to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
Manage basic lighting and sound setup to ensure high-quality video recordings in varied environments.
Engage actively with the audience by responding positively within the content and adapting style to drive stronger engagement.
Stay up-to-date with social media platform updates, video editing techniques, and digital marketing best practices.
Demonstrate reliability and professionalism by adhering to content schedules and meeting deadlines for video release.
