Breakdown SLOs into SPOs and create linkages between subjects and grades to create adaptive learning.
Ensure solid learning progression between different topics.
Creating assessments and practice questions for different subjects that employ effective pedagogy and improved engagement by deploying Bloom's taxonomy principles and other effective strategies including Constructivism and Webb’s Depth of Knowledge.
Create a diversified question bank using both summative and formative assessment for each subject and topic that effectively measures student learning outcomes
Be aware of how aural and visual elements can be used effectively to create assessments.
Work with different departments and explore new ways of creating assessments that not only test a student’s progress but also can be an effective form of teaching various skills which may not necessarily require a lecture
