Production Manager

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the post of Production Manager who can play pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes for our gloves & Gears products. The Candidate will be responsible for managing all the production process and the production team, by ensuring the quality standards.

The Candidate must have the minimum 5-7 years of experience in the production process. Candidates with experience in Gloves production will be preferred.

Managing, Planning & controlling the production process in collaboration with the team from Raw Material to finished products.
Supervision of the production team to manage and execute tasks.
Assign daily workload to team members.
Investigate production issues and managing the solutions.
Monitor production activities to make sure the product delivery within stipulated time frame.
Meeting with the MRP Manager to make sure the planned resources and availability
Meeting with the Quality Control Team to ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
Meeting with the Authority for the process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity
Reporting to GM & CEO for daily plans and implementations.
