Quality Control Manager

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the post of Quality Control Manager who can play pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the Quality Control processes for our gloves & Gears products. The Candidate will be responsible for managing & planning the Quality Control measures of all the products by ensuring the quality standards. The Candidate must have the minimum 5-7 years of experience as the Quality Control Manager in Gloves & Gears industry. The Candidate will manage the followings:

Planning, Management and implementation of the Quality Control Strategies.
Coordination with the production teams to make sure the quality measures in the production process.
Assistance to the hall supervisors for checking all the activities as per planned strategies.
Conducting the Pre-Production meeting with the production team.
Inspection for quality control in production halls during the production process.
Final Inspection of the product as per SOP & quality criteria to make sure the Quality Product.
Taking all the responsibility of the product in aspect quality.
Reporting to GM & CEO regarding final inspection.
