To Look after complete sales and marketing activities and increase market share of frozen products.
Assign and dispense credit policy; ensure its timely collection.
Address professionally to the problems that may meet on daily sales.
Monitor and expand Company Operated Outlets.
Retail business development and operations.
Institutional Business development and growth.
Ensure proper ordering and distribution of processed and value added chicken products across the market.
To play a key role in making the company profitable and market leader in processed chicken industry.
Plan and launch chain of company operated outlets throughout Central Region in addition to third party retail and food service business.
Key requirements:
Experience of working within foodservice sector
Able to lead, motivate, train/coach & develop skill set to direct line reportees & manage their performance
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal & external customers agreeing process & measurements where/when necessary.
Organize, plan, PC literate able to work to targets, deadlines and under pressure.
As the Regional Field Sales Manager, you will primarily be responsible for managing a team of sales staff, you will be responsible for coaching and developing the team through setting both individual and team targets and encouraging your team to hit and exceed their targets.
Ideally, you will have both sales and management experience gained in the foodservice sector.
