A leading media group is seeking two Organizational Development Specialists to join their team in Lahore. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and standardize job descriptions across different departments to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Design and maintain organizational structures, including organograms and reporting lines.
- Identify role overlaps, reporting gaps, and other inefficiencies within the organizational framework.
- Track organizational development projects and prepare detailed analytical reports and presentations for management.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and restructuring initiatives to align with strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development.
- Experience working in a large organization with over 1,000 employees.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- CHRMP or other relevant HR/OD certifications will be considered an advantage.
