Job Description

  • Routine Examination and Analysis of Management Accounting system
  • Review, analyze & implement the comprehensive costing controls
  • Application of costing concepts in the analysis of different areas of costing.
  • Variance Analysis and reporting
  • Monitoring and reconciliation of production variances
  • Month End Closing Activities
  • Co-ordinate with the team for smooth implementation of the assignments
  • Effectively management of budgeting process with timely reporting to management for appropriate decision-making.
  • Monthly Budget uploads in SAP.
  • Provide Supplements/Special budgets after ensuring Compliance of management Approvals.
  • Monitor the budget implementation process and highlighting control weaknesses.
  • Develop templates for Budget Information Compilation.
  • In-depth Expense analysis to provide input for cost saving.
  • Monthly management reporting on budget together with variance analysis.
  • Preparation of budgeting SOPs.
  • Financial Statements Analysis and reporting.
  • Internal Order and Cost Centers reporting.
  • Application of Budgeting concepts in the analysis of different areas of Budgeting.
  • Execute other related assignments as directed by HOD.

  • Cost Element Accounting
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Internal Order Accounting
  • Product Cost Controlling
  • Profitability Analysis

Qualified Students Required:

  • Preference for SAP CO Certified candidates.
  • Having Excellent Communication Skills and Personality
  • Ability to grasp and communicate complex information and relationships
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Resource and Time Management skills
  • Computer Literate (MS Excel (Advance Level User, Word & PowerPoint)
  • ERP system “SAP Controlling module” Knowledge (would have an added advantage)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of management.
  • Strong detail orientation with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills and ownership of work.
  • Ability to work effectively across the organization; developing, building and maintaining positive productive relationships with all stakeholders and being accepted as a business partner.
  • Conflict resolution & effectively managing and dealing with confrontation.
  • Quick learner thriving for value addition.
  • Co-ordinate with the staff of the team for smooth implementation of the assignments
