Key responsibilities may include (but are not limited) the following:
- He will be responsible for all aspects of security at OML (Security, Dispatch and CCTV teams), and Orient Branches ( in and around Faisalabad city)
- Manages and trains security guards including performance monitoring of outsourced guards at OML and Orient Branches in area of responsibility.
- Assist Manager Security in hiring and on boards new security guards
- Sets the security guard staffing/shifts schedule including outsources security and conducts rounds at random in at OML and Orient Branches.
- He is responsible for all admin related matters of security teams in his area of responsibility.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect company assets, employees, and information.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols for electronic surveillance at OML and Orient branches at Faisalabad.
- Conduct regular visits at Orient Branches in area of his responsibility.
- Coordinates for inspections by fire safety/safety teams at Orient Branches in his area of responsibility.
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies for mitigation at OML and Orient Branches at Faisalabad.
- Manage physical security measures, including access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and security personnel.
- Conduct/Oversee the investigation of security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access, and implement corrective actions as necessary at OML and Orient Branches.
- Coordinate with external law enforcement agencies and security vendors to support investigations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide security awareness training and education to employees to promote a culture of security consciousness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve security measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, facilities management, and human resources, to address security concerns and implement integrated solutions.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures to ensure a timely and effective response to security incidents and emergencies.
- Prepare and present regular reports to manager security on security-related matters, incidents, and correctives actions.
- He will be responsible for all matters related to outsource security.
- He will be responsible to safeguard plant machinery, material, building, vehicles, office equipment, records and all assets of factory.
