  • Ensure timely resolution of complaints and provide necessary support.
  • Liaison with service centers to resolve their issues.
  • Supervise zonal operations of customer services.
  • Implementation of policies and standing orders as directed by Management.
  • Ensure the achievement of monthly service revenue targets.
  • Follow up of CS parts and ensure customer satisfaction.
