Requirements:

  •  Must be qualified from a recognized university. 
  •  Must be able to oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office management and factory maintenance and labor issues. 
  •  Must be able to administer and manage EOBI and SESSI compliance processes.
  •  Must be able to manage legal inventory and admin related budget.
  •  Must be able to create SOP and an operating manuals/system generation.
  •  Must maintain leave and attendance records of all employees.
  •  Must be able to manage employee onboarding, orientation and training programs
  •  Must be able to administer employee benefits programs and handle employee relations.
  •  Must identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the HR functions.
  •  Must maintain accurate records of all interactions with government authorities and all employee personal files.
