Requirements:
• Must be BS in Pscyology from a reputable institute.
• Must possess strong Communications skills (Written & Verbal).
• Must be able to handle out bound calls.
• Manage & resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Must be customer focused with a sales approach.
• Must have familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Call Centre.
• Candidates with creative cold-calling closing approach will be considered.
