We are hiring an OD Manager based in Karachi.
Should be able to:
- Develop & implement OD strategies, performance management system and employee engagement programs.
- Lead change management and talent management initiatives.
- Develop & implement in-house training system.
Must have:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- MBA - HR from recognized university
- Strong communication, stakeholder management & data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR tech, learning management, and employee engagement tools.
Candidates with additional HR Certification will be given preference.
