Requirements:

Must hold a relevant degree from a reputable institute
Must have relevant experience in a similar role from a real state firm
Must be able to deposit scanned rental checks into designated bank accounts and record cash receipts in tenant accounts
Process monthly pre-authorized debits (PAD), electronic funds transfers (EFTs), direct deposits, and handle non-sufficient funds (NSF) transactions
Generate preliminary rent roll reports for the property manager's approval
Finalize and post monthly rent rolls
Validate Rent Roll Accounts Receivable Check Report and Maximum query (MaxQ) for processing monthly pre-authorized debits (PAD) transactions, and review for duplicate bank accounts
Conduct bank reconciliations daily & monthly to ensure accuracy
Process monthly payments for Strata fees and mortgages across residential and commercial portfolios
Issue and post charge-back invoices to tenants for miscellaneous charges
Support property accountants with the annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) and tax recovery processes, as well as budget preparations
Must have Excellent communication skills
Assist the Reporting Manager, Director, and Vice President as needed
