Os Prime Studios is seeking a highly skilled Creative Video Editor with a minimum of two years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in video editing software, with a strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. This role demands a creative individual capable of crafting engaging visual stories through color grading, motion graphics, visual effects, and precise color correction. The Creative Video Editor will be responsible for producing various types of content, including reels, shorts, advertisements, talking-head videos, and long-form footage, all optimized for maximum audience retention and engagement. The successful candidate brings a solid understanding of social media editing trends and excels at working collaboratively within a creative team environment. They possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring clean and polished final video deliverables that align with project requirements and deadlines. The role requires an individual who can skillfully incorporate B-roll, sound effects, music, captions, transitions, and motion graphics, while balancing creative input with client or project references. Proven communication skills and the ability to handle revisions professionally are essential, along with a strong portfolio or showreel showcasing previous work.
Responsibilities

Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging video content using industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
Apply color grading and color correction techniques to enhance the visual aesthetics and mood of videos.
Create and integrate motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects to enrich storytelling and viewer engagement.
Develop storyboards and plan video sequences to effectively convey messages and narratives.
Produce diverse video formats including social media reels, shorts, advertisements, talking-head videos, and long-form content.
Incorporate B-roll footage, sound effects, music, captions, and seamless transitions that complement the video narrative.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media video editing trends to create content that resonates with target audiences.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure the vision and quality standards are met.
Implement feedback and revisions promptly and professionally to meet project deadlines.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail in final video output to maintain high-quality standards.
