Omar Satti Corporation (OSC Events), a leading event organizing company of Pakistan is looking for an energetic, experienced and skillful Creative Event Director.
Responsibilities:
- Identify clients’ event design goals
- Design and create virtual event plans
- Event planning, design and production
- Conducting market research and gathering information
- Propose ideas to improve event quality
- Organize facilities and manage all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
- Creating visual pitch decks for clients
- Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes
Skills required:
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3Ds Max
- Project planning and execution
- Managing various teams at once
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Time management, following strict deadlines
- 360° Collaboration
- Good command on English language
