We are looking for a Performance Marketer to drive paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in running ad campaigns, and the ability to optimize performance for maximum ROI. The ideal candidate will work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and Social Media strategists to create high-converting ad creatives and generate detailed reports to refine campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising & Strategy

  • Plan, executed, and optimized paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
  • Continuously monitor ad performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize conversion rates and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Research and implement growth-hacking strategies for client campaigns.

Coordination & Creative Input

  • Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, and social media strategist to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Provide clear ad briefs with messaging, visuals, and targeting details.
  • Work with copywriters to create high-converting ad copy tailored for different audiences.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid marketing.

Requirements:

  • Experience in performance marketing and paid ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required):

  • Experience with e-commerce and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Knowledge of email marketing automation tools like Klaviyo.
