Responsibilities
- Develop creative and innovative architectural concepts to support project design goals.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, animations, and walkthroughs to illustrate architectural designs.
- Apply advanced rendering techniques, lighting, and texturing to produce realistic and aesthetically appealing models.
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to incorporate design revisions and meet client requirements.
- Ensure all drawings and 3D models are accurately scaled and detailed in accordance with project specifications.
- Prepare and deliver engaging client presentations that effectively communicate design ideas and project progress.
- Support the design and coordination phases by providing visual solutions that enhance understanding and decision-making.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visualization software and architectural trends to ensure cutting-edge presentations.
- Respond promptly to client feedback and update visual materials to reflect any requested changes or refinements.
