Responsibilities:
- Provide empathetic listening and emotional support to users facing various challenges, such as breakups, family issues, Health Issues, Financial Issues, Life forecasting and personal struggles.
- Act as a "tree hole" for users to confide in anonymously, offering a safe and supportive space for them to release their emotions and find comfort.
- Establish friendly and trusting relationships with users, fostering a sense of companionship and support.
- Offer affirmative and positive encouragement to users, helping them build confidence and pursue their dreams.
- Adapt to users' needs and preferences, providing personalized support tailored to their situations.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with users, respecting their privacy and autonomy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field (preferred).
- Strong English proficiency, both verbal and written.
- Must have own laptop
- Work in Night shifts.
- Good at using Work Software
- Applicants should be women within the Age group of 22 to 30s.
- Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express empathy and understanding effectively.
- Ability to adapt to different time zones and work flexible hours as needed.
- Experience in counseling or emotional support services is a plus.
- Familiarity with astrology and chakra methods is a plus.
Training and Development:
- Comprehensive training will be provided, including reading user cases, simulated orders, and analyzing positive and negative reviews.
- Ongoing support and guidance will be offered to help consultants develop their skills and excel in their role.
