Outbound Female Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team for the night shift, working from 7 PM to 4 AM. The primary focus of this role is to generate leads, build and maintain strong client relationships, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have exceptional cold calling skills and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead generation to identify new business opportunities
- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals efficiently

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly convey product benefits
- Strong cold calling abilities with confidence in initiating conversations
- Effective negotiation skills to close deals successfully
- Proficiency in English is mandatory for this role

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance at the workplace
- Competitive base salary of up to 60,000 PKR per month
- Attractive sales incentives based on performance
- Total monthly pay ranges from Rs20,000 to Rs70,000 depending on experience and sales achievements
