Outbound Sales Agent

MARS BPO is seeking confident and motivated individuals to join as Outbound Sales Agents based in Saddar, Karachi. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to build a career in international sales within the call center industry. The position requires strong English communication skills and a passion for sales. Working the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, successful candidates will engage with international customers, explain products and services, follow up on leads, and strive to meet sales targets. Compensation is commission-based with performance bonuses, providing an attractive earning potential for driven professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Clearly explain products and services to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Confidently handle customer questions and objections.
- Utilize effective persuasion, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with international customers.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Availability to work the 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM shift.
- Previous experience in international call centers or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
