Outbound Sales Agent

MARS BPO is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our international call center in Saddar, Karachi, as International Sales Representatives. This full-time, on-site role offers a commission-based earning structure complemented by performance bonuses, making it an excellent opportunity for those interested in international sales, telesales, and customer communication within the BPO industry. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Promote and explain products and services to potential clients.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Utilize persuasive communication, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.
- Deliver a professional customer experience aligned with sales performance goals.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with international customers.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work evening/night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
