Outbound Sales Agent

ABS International is seeking motivated Outbound Sales Agents for a US-based campaign operating from Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi. This is a permanent, on-site position with working hours from 7 PM to 3 AM. The role involves engaging with prospects and customers in the United States through outbound calls, focusing on initiating conversations, qualifying leads, overcoming objections, and closing sales. Candidates with strong English communication skills and experience in BPO or outbound sales will find this opportunity rewarding, with genuine earning potential through a combination of fixed salary and uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US-based prospects and customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Initiate conversations, qualify potential leads, and handle objections effectively.
- Close sales while maintaining a professional and consultative approach.
- Utilize a live US CRM system to track activities, manage pipelines, and meet structured targets.
- Participate in daily coaching sessions and maintain transparency with performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively within a professional sales environment, contributing to team goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or BPO environments.
- Fluent spoken and written English, capable of handling US customer conversations confidently.
- Self-motivated with a strong commercial focus and ability to manage and own the sales pipeline.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM, on-site at the specified Karachi location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working with US markets and understanding of customer behavior in this region is advantageous.
- Competitive fixed base salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 70,000.
