Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi
Working Days: 5 days a week
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: Rs. 90,000 – Rs. 140,000 per month
Work Location: In person

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Call Center Agent with a minimum of three years’ experience in local outbound sales. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires a confident, target-driven individual who can effectively convert leads into customers while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to both potential and existing customers.
- Promote products or services persuasively to convert prospects into paying customers.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Professionally address customer objections and inquiries to successfully close sales.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Utilize CRM systems or other relevant tools to track sales performance and customer interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the team lead to enhance conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in local outbound sales call centers.
- Demonstrated success in outbound telemarketing and sales roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to handle objections confidently and convert leads into sales.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications is preferred.

This position offers a structured five-day workweek with consistent working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The role is based in DHA Phase 6, Karachi, and requires in-person attendance. The salary range reflects the experience and skills expected for this position.
