Key Responsibilities
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your role involves initiating outreach to local services and community organizations unfamiliar with our offerings. This position demands a high level of activity and craftsmanship; you will research prospects thoroughly and craft personalized messages rather than relying on generic templates. You will execute outbound sequences via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, confidently engaging business owners and decision-makers in meaningful conversations.
You will qualify prospects based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives. Meeting weekly and monthly KPIs—including dials, connections, emails sent, meetings booked, and pipeline generated—is essential. Utilizing our sales tools such as CRM, sequencing platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you will maintain organization and efficiency. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams is key to aligning messaging, refining target segments, and sharing campaign feedback. Additionally, you will provide valuable market intelligence on objections, competitor activity, and trends. Continuous improvement through coaching, call reviews, and feedback integration is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of outbound sales experience in roles such as SDR or BDR, with a proven ability to generate pipeline from scratch.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding outbound sales quotas.
- Strong skills in cold calling and cold emailing, able to initiate conversations with prospects who have not requested contact.
- Reliable high-speed internet, a PC or laptop, and noise-cancelling headphones to ensure call quality.
- Comfortable working fully remote and asynchronously across multiple time zones.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing your own sales pipeline without direct supervision.
- Fluent English communication skills; Spanish fluency is a significant advantage.
