Outbound Sales Executive

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and at least six months to one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and directly contributing to the company’s growth. Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts and thrive in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Address customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Required Qualifications:
- Six months to one year of relevant sales or call center experience
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Basic computer skills for call management and record keeping
- Target-driven with a confident and persuasive personality
- Willingness to work night shifts as scheduled
