Outbound Sales Executive

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales orientation, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and directly contributing to the company’s growth. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
- Respond to customer queries with professionalism and provide accurate information
- Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the company’s system

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and listening
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities

Working Hours:
